Where to vote before Election Day






Illinois County residents have two opportunities to vote in-person before Election Day:

  • Early voting
  • Grace period registration and voting

Early voting





Early voting for the March 15, 2016 General Primary Election will take place from February 4 - March 14 at the following locations.

All locations are open Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM and Saturday and Sunday from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM.

Grace period registration and voting






During the grace period, Illinois County residents who are not registered to vote will have the opportunity to register and vote at the same time. Learn more about the grace period registration process in Illinois County, including ID requirements.

Grace period registration and voting for the March 15, 2016 General Primary Election will take place from February 17 - March 14 at the following location. Hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM and Saturday and Sunday from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM.
